Kids Outdoor Games - Are your kids in a sweat?

Do you remember games like Red Rover, heaven and hell, day or marbles? Games used to play until the mother came out calling for you, because it was always dark.

It seems that our own kids spend less time playing these simple active outdoor games. Studies have shown that the average child more than 20 hours a week playing video games alone and does not spend even spent hours in front of the TV!

Many parents blame modernSociety, especially in homes with limited access to open spaces. After the children play in their view, is understandably on their comfort zone.

Maybe parents need to loosen the chains on ourselves. Instead of sending our children to play, go throw a ball with them to play a game of chase, or bring them something from our childhood. The best way to do what we want our children a positive example.

Make a routine to go to aFamily walk or visiting a park on a regular basis to play pool together or even ride their bikes. So go out and spend time with your children, the laundry can wait, and you'll feel better.

Keeping fit is not only good for our children (and our) health, it is also socially useful for children to play, especially in a group situation. They can take on tasks of leadership, negotiation skills and use burn all the energy and fun. Best ofall parents who have placed their sleep.
